How I Start My Day

Dawn of a new day

  • A new day begins with a new opportunity, intentions, the strength and freedom to choose. Set your goals the night before. As you rest your head on the cushion, turn off the light, swing all your troubles and anxiety over to almighty. It’s still dark as your alarm bell ringing off, set your inner  clock alarm 15-20 mins earlier  than your usual wake-up time.
  • wake up to Now!! Pull up all the curtains and the chili winter is  ready  and waiting for you outside of the window. Don't move over tomorrow. As you hit the ground, a new day begins. And you will definitely feel to say "Thank you God for this splendid life".
  • Practice meditation it can bring about a true personal transformation. As you relearn more about yourself, you’ll simply start exploring more things about yourself. Stretch, do your morning workout to some light inspiring music. Such practices can also answer some unanswered questions and head the way to victory.
  • Take a few seconds while in the shower, rub your hands on the front and back of your body. Jump into the shower as you are washing off yesterday and revitalize yourself for a new day. Brush away all leftover negative thoughts and feelings. let the water bring them all down the drain, into mother nature. After that replace those feelings by your hand with positive ones.
  •  While it's time to eat the first meal of the day, just to be present. Feel the water on your body, taste the contrasting flavors in your food. It definitely feels good and it's an incredible way to deliberately set your energy and goal towards your new day.
  • Be always thankful for what you have & the person you are and the people who are a part of your life. Nothing in this world lasts forever so take the time to be grateful today. If you feel anxiety replace it with passion, if you feel fear, replace it with peace.

  • The way you will start your day can affect your whole day.... start with a happy expression, the serenity of mind, calmness of emotions and a soul filled with gratitude.
