Healthy Diet: Include a lot of fresh veggies and seasonal fruits into your diet instead of junk foods or ready to eat foods. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Intake at least 10-12 glasses of water every day to keep your body hydrated. Start your day with a glass of lukewarm water with the juice of a lemon. It can be beneficial to your weight, heart, mind, and more. It keeps you healthy coz chemical which is essential to your immune system are secreted during your sleep.
Move Your Body: Walk every day only for 30 mins it will burn extra calories from your body.
CTM: Means regular cleansing toning and moisturising. Cleansing is the 1st step of that routing. Cleanse your skin after getting back from work or before going to bed. This will help to complete removal of all dirt and all makeup – foundation, kohl, mascara, blush, lipstick, everything! clear your skin with a dermatology tested cleansing lotion or any face wash. After that tone your skin with a good toner, toning clears the skin from within and at the same time it also prevents dryness and delayed wrinkles. Good toners include rose water, orange water etc. And after that use a good dermatologically tested moisturiser as we all know moisturiser keeps your skin healthy hydrated nd young.
Wear Sunscreen: As we all know sunlight consists of UV, UVB, and UVC rays which can not only damage and darken our skin but also contribute to skin cancer. UVA rays are present throughout the day and responsible for premature aging of the skin. In addition, UVA rays are accountable for photosensitivity reaction. UVB rays are most acute from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and are accountable for sunburn and skin cancer development. to prevent them use a generous amount of a well-medicated sunscreen with at least SPF 50, 3-4 times a day. Apply sunscreen 20-30 mins before being in the sun so that the skin can absorb most of it. There is a wide range of sunscreens available in most pharmacies and stores.
Exfoliate: Your skin can shed under 30,000 to 40,000 dead cells every minute naturally. If you don't exfoliate frequently, your skin would look dull and aged. so scrub frequently it will help reduce acne and get the unwrinkled flowing skin. U can use different types of scrubbers available in the market.
Lastly eat healthily, stay healthy & look awesome. The skin is a part of your body, so when your body is fit & mind is calm it will reflect on your skin.
